More May Flowers!

Spring has definitely sprung here in NC! Flowers are blooming all over the place, so this week's theme at The Beary Scrap, (April Showers) Bring May Flowers, just makes me happy!

I used one of TBS's exclusive patterns for this adorable Tear-critter, Charlie Chick. I wanted him soft, like a new-born chick, so, I used the light yellow and apricot mulberry papers. He is so soft and fluffy in person - makes me want to pet him! My papers are all from Basic Grey's Nook and Pantry line (which happens to be 35% off right now!), backed with Bazzill.

The flowers were punched out using a MS punch, and I added silk ribbon for the centers, and some stickles for a little bling. My hidden tag, is actually cut from Spellbinders Fancy Tags.

I did most of my favorite techniques on this card - distressing, stitching, glitter - oh my! It really was a ton of fun!

Don't forget to link an entry into our first challenge - May flowers. I know you would love to win that prize! This challenge runs through May 14th at 11:59pm EDT. The prize winner will be chosen by random.org and will be announced along with our "Beary Sweet Top 3" on the 17th. The winner will get a fabulous $20 gift voucher to The Beary Scrap along with free shipping!

I'll look forward to seeing you next time!
