Black and White With A Splash

Hi's Lori here with my version of the current challenge * drawing inspiration from your closet.  I have to admit most of the time you'll find me in black and white with a splash of this card seemed to fit me to a T and looks like majority of my closet :)

I created the handmade flower and the card using Echo Park's "For the Record". This is a super cute collection that is so versatile.  The red pearls are from KaiserCraft Basics and they really add a nice detail.  It's the little things that can really bump a card to a mini work of art. Here is the best part...there are a ton of KaiserCraft Basic rhinestones and pearls in the bargain bin right now for just $ stock up.

For the leaf flourish I used a sticker from For The Record and applied it to a sheet of cardstock and then cut it out so there was a pop of color around the edge. Creating that border really made it stand out.

I can't wait to see what next weeks challenge will be and share my version of it with you.  Have a great week until next Thursday.
